Rishitha Navuduru is a Research Scientist- I in the Design and Intelligence Lab at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She graduated with a master’s degree in computer science from the University at Buffalo in December 2024. Before joining Georgia Tech, she worked with fast paced startups where she built AI driven applications and strengthened her skills in full stack development. She enjoys solving problems, experimenting with new tools, and exploring how intelligent systems can make online learning more effective.

Jeanette Luu is a Reseach Scientist in the Design Intelligence lab of the Institute of Data Engineering “IDEaS” and Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

She is passionate for pushing the boundaries of human potential, bridging the gap between human and machine in how they think and learn from each other.

Rahul K. Dass is a Research Scientist II and Faculty at Georgia Tech, with research interests in the end-to-end development and deployment of interactive systems in educational contexts. He currently leads the Interactive Video (“Ivy”) team at the Design Intelligence Lab (DILab) and the NSF-funded National AI Institute for Adult Learning and Online Education (AI-ALOE), where he develops an AI coaching system that combines Knowledge-Based AI with Generative AI to support procedural skill learning through inquiry- and explanation-based interactions. His work has been published in leading venues including AIED, ITS, and EDM. Rahul earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Miami in 2022 and previously interned as an Applied Scientist at Amazon with the AWS Responsible AI team. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and exploring National and State Parks with his family.

Sandeep Kakar is a Research Scientist in the Design & Intelligence lab of the School of Interactive Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His research interest centers around using artificial intelligence to improve learning outcomes in online education. He holds an MS in Computer Science. His previous education includes a Ph.D. in Physics and an MBA.

Ploy Thajchayapong has her Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University. She worked as a post-doc at Georgia Tech before joining Tech Industry in Data Science field.  After 8 years in a Big 4 consulting firm and an AI start-up, she is now a Research Scientist at AI-ALOE and DILab.
