Ravi Sripada is a Senior Manager of Software Engineering and Principal Engineer at Optum, currently pursuing his Master’s degree to deepen his research in emerging technologies. An IEEE Senior Member with over 20 years of experience, Ravi specializes in AI/ML, cloud-native development, and data engineering, famously architecting FinOps products that saved his company over $100 million. His academic and research interests center on cloud computing, Quantum Computing, and advanced software architecture. Ravi holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business and looks forward to combining his industry-honed engineering methodologies with academic research during this course.
