John Kos is a second year PhD here at the Designing Intelligence Lab. Before starting his PhD, he completed an undergraduate in Computer Science at University of Maryland College Park and a Masters through Georgia Tech’s OMSCS program. His current research is focused around building a holistic understanding of andragogy and figuring out the unique challenges that come with teaching people to solve open ended problems.  In his free time John likes reading sci-fi and doing amateur game design.
