Arshad Shaik is a master’s student in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, specializing in the intersection of intelligent systems and software architecture. With over eight years of experience as a software engineer and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), he has a robust background in building scalable infrastructure and high-performance applications. At the Design Intelligence Lab, his research focuses on the SAMI project, where he develops iterative deepening systems for multi-intent correction to improve human-AI collaboration. Outside of his research and engineering work, Arshad is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys staying active through pickleball and strength training at the gym. He also enjoys channeling his creativity into UI/UX design projects in Figma and exploring new destinations through travel. When he’s not refining system designs, you can often find him tackling complex coding challenges or planning his next adventure.
